Apple’s October 27 announcement prices the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M6 from $1,999 in the United States. The entry configuration combines 16GB unified memory with a 1TB SSD.
The configuration
This model uses a Liquid Retina XDR display. Its listed M6 configuration has a 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU; other memory and storage configurations need their own price comparison.
A separate display family
The separately announced PROLED models use M5 Pro or M5 Max. A newer M-number alone does not identify the same display, memory ceiling or connection options.
Availability
Apple scheduled availability for November 6. That date is still ahead of this November 5 briefing; the announcement is not a check of a retailer’s current stock. The price is an announced US launch reference, before any regional or configuration differences.
